    • [ ] On SURVEY view, create detail group for:

      1. Neighbour Outline (even a small portion if possible)
      2. ‘Boundary’ in blue to match around the boundary
      3. Street names
      4. Lot Names & neighbouring building information
      • Use the following:
        • Thin lines or 1 (0.10)
        • Hatch = _Existing
      • No need to include roof ridges, just roof boundaries

  • SHORING PLAN

    • [ ] Model shoring

      • Elevation from level and Offset from host = 0.0

      • Host pile at AHD level

      • Unless stated, use:

        • 200mm thk shotcrete with 50mm clearance from face of piles

        • 500x500 capping beams

          • Max height of fold = 600mm

        • Socket lengths = height from B.E.L. (Bulk Excavation Level) to bottom of piles

          ≥ 2.5m

          ≥ Height of soil above B.E.L.

      • Show floors affected by shoring and socket lengths

  • Concrete modeling

    • [ ] Wall/Columns modeling

      • Walls and columns to be modelled from bottom to top (-200mm)
      • Always tick “Structural” property
      • Tick “Is Low Height” property for parapet/short walls
        • Only tick for parapet/retaining/planter box walls
      • Initially, ALL WALLS must be modeled (those that are continuous from floor to floor)
      • For assumptions based on wall thickness:
        • 270 = Doublebrick
        • 190 = Blockwork
        • 230 = Doublebrick (10mm cavity)
        • 110 = Single brick
      • AFS Walls:
        • Use Rediwall for levels below ground
        • Use Logicwall for levels above ground

    • [ ] Slab/Flooring modeling

      ❓ Up to where should slab boundaries be modeled? (Interior vs exterior face of support)

      • Until middle part for double brick (before cavity), exterior for single layer/concrete

      ❓ Must they be separated from each room? or one whole per floor

      • Nope. If same thickness within the floor, model just one slab
      • For balconies, assume -100 recess
      • First assumptions:
        • Suspended = 200mm thick
        • SOG = 125mm thick

      • Initially, use 450x450 and/or waffle pad details
      • For piles, use Place a Component command (CM)
